Eletrical

 Have run my own plumbing in new construction,  wastewater and supply, and a drain field. I have also replaced faucets,  kitchen and bath. Fixed and replaced toilets. I have also installed and fixed lawn sprinkler system. 

 I have installed new wire in construction,  including installing outlets, GFI outlets, switches, two-way switches,  smart devices, lights, ceiling fans, 220 outlets and appliance cords. I  also have fixed broken vacuums, toasters, other misc appliances. 

 I have installed tile on floors walls and built walk-in showers. Also, repair broken tiles and fixed grout. 

 Install tape mud and sand also fix holes big and small. Have also done texture work. 

 Painting all rooms inside and also siding and outside furniture. 

 I have framed and built houses from the cement up. Including rafters and floor truss. Other projects like designing and  building a coffee table, entertainment center, cabinets, bookshelf,  pantry shelving, crown molding, trim, window trim, and outdoor  furniture.
